WHO WE ARE

At Thrive Urology & Wellness Clinic, we are a team of dedicated and compassionate urologists and nurses with extensive expertise in treating complex urological conditions. We specialize in guiding men through the changes that can occur with the treatment of prostate cancer, and offer a new non-invasive female incontinence and chronic pelvic pain treatment. Our goal is to provide patient-centered care with empathy and innovative solutions to help our patients regain their quality of life.

Dr Jeffrey Campbell, MD, MPH

Dr. Campbell is a Urologist at St. Joseph's Health Care London and an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Western University. He completed his medical school at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS, then residency training in Urology at Western. He went on to complete a fellowship in men’s health and reconstructive urology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, then a second fellowship in prosthetic surgery and Men's Health at Western University.

Dr Nicholas Power, MD

Dr. Power is a urologist at London Health Sciences and an Associate Professor at Western University. He completed his medical school and urology residency at Dalhousie University. He completed further oncologic training in prostate cancer and other urologic cancers at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York City. He has published over 100 peer reviewed articles and has presented his research both nationally and internationally. 

Dr Blayne Welk, MD, MSc

Dr. Welk is a urologist at St Joseph’s Hospital and a Professor at Western University. He completed his medical school at Western University, and his urology training at the University of British Columbia. He completed further training in incontinence and reconstructive urology at the University of Toronto. He has published over 200 peer reviewed articles and has spent over 13 years treating men and women with incontinence.

Nurse Zelda

Zelda received her nursing diploma in 1985 and has been registered with the college of nurses since 1986. She has over two decades of urology nursing experience including nurse led procedure clinics, injection teaching, and longitudinal cancer care. She has partnered with various companies to teach nurses across the country how to do hormone injections and has recently taken additional courses in prostate cancer survivorship education. She retired from LHSC in 2024 and joined our clinic to help empower patients in a new setting and to continue to offer her exceptional urologic expertise to patients and their partners.
